2020 NWDDA Annual Meeting

The 2020 NWDDA Annual Meeting date is set for Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8, 2020. NWDDA offers an excellent opportunity to complete your continuing education requirements, network with mentors, socialize with your peers, and have a great time – just in time for the end of the biennium.

Meeting Location
The Grand Sandestin, located at 9300 Emerald Coast Parkway W, Miramar Beach, Florida, is Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort’s signature luxury condominium hotel, situated by the Village of Baytowne Wharf. With Southern-inspired architectural design and detail, the Grand features a sweeping two-story veranda, lushly landscaped gardens, and soothing water fountains surrounding a restful poolscape. Rooms are fully furnished with a kitchenette (studios) or a full kitchen, living, and dining areas.

Reservations to the Grand Sandestin should be made by January 6, 2020 to get the NWDDA special block rates.

Annual Golf Tournament
All attendees are invited to indulge in an afternoon of golf at The Links Course Sandestin, beginning at noon on Friday, February 8, 2019. The Links Course is a true shot makers course, designed by renowned architect Tom Jackson. The winding layout runs against the backdrop of the Baytowne Marina and Choctawatchee Bay, and has been named one of the “Top Five Golf Courses in Northwest Florida,” as well as one of the “Top 100 Courses in Florida” by Florida Golf News. 18 hole play includes boxed lunch. Additional fee required.

NW Happy Hour
A fun and engaging feature of the NWDDA Annual Meeting, the NW Happy Hour is a mixer held Friday evening, where attendees enjoy drinks and snacks while being challenged to visit sponsor tables for the chance to win fantastic prizes.

Registration
Pre-register by December 20, 2019 for an exclusive $10 registration discount. Register between December 21, 2019 and January 31, 2020 for the basic registration cost as listed. After January 31, 2020, you must register on site only; a $25 late registration fee will apply. A 2020 NWDDA Annual Meeting Registration Brochure will be available soon.

Cancellations
All requests for cancellation or refund must be made in writing to NWDDA by January 24, 2020. A cancellation processing fee of $25 will be charged. No refund will be given if a cancellation is received after January 24, 2020. No refunds will be given on site.

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities
NWDDA would like to welcome your organization to be a sponsor of the 2020 NWDDA Annual Meeting. Sponsorship levels vary, from the Bronze Sponsorship (exhibit only) to a Platinum level sponsorship. A 2020 NWDDA Annual Meeting Sponsorship Brochure will be available soon. Those interested in sponsorship should register by December 1, 2019.
